Photography 101

I'm really frustrated because my powerpoint is not working. That's actually what I use to edit photos and combine photos etc. What do other people use...I think I need a better way.

Anyways, I have something I really wanted to post, but it will have to wait until I can figure out my computer. Until then, I thought I'd share some of my own photos that I've taken in the past. I don't pretend to be a photographer, though I tend to write about them a lot. But looking at these, It's kind of funny how a photo you've taken, even if it is just of a place with no people in the picture, is kind of like a piece of music or a smell, and can bring you back to a certain time in your life.
A summer spent in Murray Hill (nyc) with a great group of college friends.Waking up early to get on a plane.
Feeling so sad for this little dog in Puerto Rico, then realizing he probably feels really important up there. Just look at his view! (below)One of the first warm nights of spring, in the East Village

i love these pictures.

though i'm probably biased since i was there for all of them. i'm thinking about enlarging one or more of them, framing them and hanging them up in my room. do you think any of these would fit in?

I'll only allow you the rights to do that if you help me fix my powerpoint :)

Not sure which one would fit...maybe the one of Murray Hill? Let's get your canvas print hung up first then we'll talk photos, k?
