I've Got Friends in Cool Places

I don't usually post pictures of house interiors that aren't my own, though I do read magazines and collect plenty of ideas in my head. But a good friend of mine who, now that I think about it, I've known for close to 10 years, sent me these, as she's now working at an architecture firm. She said that this project had been featured in Dwell magazine, and I just thought it was so cool that this is something she does for a job. In high school I didn't know her to be in to architecture or art.

She was the kind of friend who convinces you to do crazy things, like join the gospel choir, or run outside in underwear just because we were bored. In math class we would count the number of high school sports teams we had collectively dated. And now look what she's up to...way to go Lu.
