Oh Heywood

I really enjoyed Designsponge's sneak peak into artist Matte Stephen's house last week, and today there were even more pictures of his house posted! I am in love with his dresser. Heywood Wakefield short and wide. I'm going to keep my eyes open for something like this on Craigslist, thought I know the real thing is way over my budget.

I love the table with the wire tulip chairs, it is very love ly and personal. I think having that space is amazing so close to your bed. However I just know in my apt it would be covered in papers and misc.

I like the table and chairs too, and it would totally be a mess if it were in my room. I'm not sure how I feel about that much from one era being in the same room though...

Hi Laura- The table and chairs are pretty comfortable right there its a great place to have my coffee and check the internet early in the moring.I have another heywood wakefield dresser on the other side of the table and chairs kind of a his and hers thing but couldnt fit in the shot. There is a lot of space between the bed and the table in the photo it looks kind of close. We love those dressers they were the first things vivienne and i purchased after we were married.

Hey Matte--
Thanks for stopping by my blog, I hope you come back and read this so I can tell you how much I really like your artwork too! Lucky you finding 2 Heywoood Wakedfield dressers, I love the his and hers idea. Thanks for sharing your place with Designsponge, I obviously really enjoyed it.
